Q: How can I make a reservation at New York Eats?

A: You can use our online form or call us on 0203 674 1783.

Q: Do you have parking?

A: There is on-street parking.

Q: Can you accommodate allergies?

A: Our staff is trained to handle all allergy requirements. Please inform us prior to your meal.

Q: What kind of payments do you accept?

A: We are a cash and cashless business. We no longer require deposits for reservations – but we do need a credit card to guarantee.

Q: How can I make a booking for a large group?

A: We take bookings up to 20 online – otherwise please call 0203 674 1783.

Q: How can I amend an existing reservation?

A: Please call us on 0203 674 1783.

Q: Can I cancel?

A: Yes but please call us on 0203 674 1783. Please note all cancellations made at least 24 hours for groups under 6 before your booking will get the deposit refunded in full. Any cancellations within 24 hours means we will charge the card with a no show fee of £5 per person. For groups of over 6 people please give us 48 hours notice in case of a cancellation otherwise a no show of £5 per person will be charged.
